Fitness For Begginers

Hi friends Welcome back to my blog. So today I am going to share how to start your fitness journey, this is only for girls who would like to gain muscle and be fit. The first thing you should do is 1. Determine your goal

Here, you ask yourself which part of your body you want to gain e.g ( gluteus, triceps, biceps, quadriceps ...) usually girls go for gluteus and quadriceps. 2. Record your measurements.

Once you have decided which muscles you want to build then it's time to take measurements, I would advice to measure the whole body. * Upper arms * Chest * Waist * Hips * Buttocks * Thighs * Calf * Weight

Take a full front and side picture of your body preferably in a bikini or underwear NT: this is to help track your progress Choose one day of the week that you will take those measurements and pictures and note them down to help you see if you are going the right way. 3. Give yourself a timeframe

Decide how long you would like to train for to reach your goals, do you want to do intense workouts or just moderate, this will also depend on your body fat percentage. If your body fat is above 31% you will need to do intense workouts, if it's between 21-25 you will not have to sweat a lot, you then start to be fit when your body fat is 21% below Click here To calculate your body fat percentage 4. Draw your workout routine

Here you draw your workout routine based on your fat and workout intensity. Diet plan.

This is one of the most difficult parts when it comes to getting fit, here you have to decide if you go 40% workout and 80% diet or 40% diet and 120% workout. Cut carbs, fast food,soda, candy caffeine & drink a lot of water, eat a lot of meat, chicken, sea food , legumes, vegetables, fruits and protein shakes. However you are allowed to have a cheat day 😀 but detox with water and fruits after your cheat day. If you would like me to compile a diet plan for you please email me on info@vanessajone.online 6. Gym from home or in the gymnasium?

If you will gym from home for you not to get bored quickly I would suggest getting a workout buddy, invite your sister , friend or partner. If you will hit the gymnasium paying for it will be one of your motivations 😉. 7. Don't stop

No matter what do not stop working out 🏋🏾, once you tell yourself I will skip gym today you might skip it for the next 3 months. 8. Keep it up Don't forget to track , increase your workout intensity as time goes on, if you are a beginner start with simple workouts and low reps, don't forget to rest.
